Everything we make is 925 sterling silver or 990 silver, depending on the article. We deliberately do not use 999 fine silver for daily-use pieces — it is too soft and dents, so it would not survive being actually used.

Both 925 and 990 are BIS hallmarked. The hallmark is a government-recognised mark you can independently verify; it is not a label we print ourselves.

HUID is the unique six-character ID stamped onto hallmarked silver, traceable in the BIS system. Every item over 100g carries a HUID, so a heavier piece can be traced back to its hallmark on its own.

Every order ships with a Certificate of Authenticity printed with our BIS Licence Number, stating the purity and weight of your piece. Hallmark stamp on the metal, certificate in the box, licence number on record — three independent ways to confirm what you bought is exactly what you paid for.

It means the piece is formed, finished and inspected inside our own workshop by our own artisans — not bought finished from a third party and relabelled.

For solid, daily-use articles like glasses and bowls, we use spinning, which compacts the silver and makes it genuinely durable. For intricate external motifs, we use precision 3D-printed masters so the detail is crisp and repeatable. Skilled hands then finish every piece. We make custom transparent at every stage. You approve the design before we begin, you see progress updates as it's made, and you review images of the finished piece before it ships. Nothing leaves the bench as a surprise.

Yes. Through Navrang Silver Care we restore inherited and older silver — re-polishing, repairing and, where you wish, reworking a piece while preserving its story. If you have family silver sitting unused, we can bring it back to life.

We ship express, fully insured and tracked, worldwide. Typical door-to-door delivery is 4–9 days. You get a tracking link the moment your piece leaves the workshop.

Because the shipment is insured for its full value, a lost or damaged-in-transit parcel is our problem to resolve, not yours. Keep the packaging, send us a photo, and we'll replace or refund. You are never left carrying the loss of a courier's mistake.

Yes. If a piece arrives and it isn't right for you, contact us within the return window and we'll arrange it. Bespoke and engraved commissions are the natural exception, since they're made to your spec — but we de-risk those with approvals before we ever start.

Any hallmarked piece you buy from us can be exchanged toward another piece, for life, with the silver value credited at the prevailing rate on its weight. Tastes change, occasions change — your silver adapts with you instead of becoming a sunk cost.

We buy back the silver we made. Because each piece is hallmarked at a known purity and weight, the buyback is calculated transparently on the live silver rate for that weight. Your purchase holds real, recoverable value — it isn't money that simply disappears once it's spent.

We show costs before you commit. Applicable GST, shipping and insurance are stated up front, not sprung on you at the final step. If anything else could apply to your order — for example overseas customs — we tell you in advance so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
