Ordering from outside India?

Can I personalise a gift?

We offer engraving and gift packaging services for your chosen piece at a nominal charge. Confirm availability, and the revised delivery timeline before ordering.

What about payment and returns?

Orders are prepaid; cash on delivery is not offered. Review the refund policy before buying, especially for personalised or made-to-order pieces. If there are any manufacturing defects, you will get a 100% refund. We are a 56 year old workshop.

After your visit | Explore Nagarathpet on foot

While we work on your order, discover the neighbourhood at your own pace:

  • Browse the textile and jewellery lanes around Raja Market, from colourful fabrics to silk sarees.
  • Visit the local sweet and chaat shops. Look out for hot gulab jamun at Raju Sweets & Chats and masala papad from street vendors, if available.
  • Stop at Sri Dharmaraya Swamy Temple, associated with Bengaluru’s Karaga tradition and dedicated to the Pandavas and Draupadi from the Mahabharata. Please check that it is open before visiting.

Around 7:30 PM | Return to the workshop

If your order is ready, inspect it with us and take it home. Alternatively, we can arrange delivery to your address in India or worldwide.

Same-evening collection is subject to the design, quantity, workshop capacity and any hallmarking or finishing required. We’ll confirm the timeline when you place your order. Factory visits are strictly by appointment, Monday to Saturday.
