PAYMENT METHODS

PureSilver.io accepts online payments including international payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Depending on availability, accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • American Express Cards

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

  • Other payment methods made available through our authorised payment gateway

All online payments are processed through authorised and secure payment service providers.

PureSilver.io does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

An order will be processed only after successful confirmation of payment.

CARD PAYMENTS

Customers may use eligible credit or debit cards supported by our payment gateway at checkout.

For card transactions, the customer may be required to complete additional authentication or verification as required by the issuing bank, card network or payment gateway.

PureSilver.io does not store complete card details such as the full card number, CVV or other sensitive card authentication information on its own systems where such information is processed by the authorised payment gateway.

The availability of a particular card network, including American Express, may depend on the payment gateway, issuing bank, transaction type and applicable eligibility requirements.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once payment has been successfully authorised and received, the customer will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided at checkout.

A payment confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of dispatch where the product is subsequently found to be unavailable, subject to an obvious pricing or technical error, or where the transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent.

If PureSilver.io is unable to fulfil a successfully paid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable payment provider.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.

The applicable product price, taxes, shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the customer confirms payment.

PureSilver.io reserves the right to correct inadvertent pricing, typographical or technical errors.

If an obvious pricing error occurs and an order is placed at an incorrect price, PureSilver.io may cancel the order and refund the amount paid by the customer.

REFUNDS TO CARD PAYMENTS

Where a refund is approved, PureSilver.io will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

For card transactions, the refund will generally be processed through the payment gateway to the same card/account from which the payment was received.

PureSilver.io will not ordinarily refund a card transaction to a different card, bank account or payment instrument.

The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, card network, issuing bank or other financial institution and may therefore vary.

CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

A customer may request cancellation of an order before the order has entered manufacturing, customisation, packing or dispatch.

Cancellation requests should be submitted through our Customer Care channels with the relevant order number.

Once an order has entered manufacturing, customisation, packing or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

If a cancellation request is approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

CUSTOMISED AND PERSONALised PRODUCTS

Products that are customised, personalised, engraved or manufactured according to customer-specific requirements may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production has commenced.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, initials, engraving text, dimensions and other customisation information provided to PureSilver.io are accurate.

Where a customised product is incorrectly manufactured by PureSilver.io or is defective, the matter will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

The estimated dispatch and delivery timeframe for each product will be communicated on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation or other applicable customer communication.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect address information, customer unavailability, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a material delay occurs, PureSilver.io will make reasonable efforts to communicate the revised expected delivery timeline to the customer.

ORDER RECORDS AND COMMUNICATION

PureSilver.io may retain order, payment, invoice, shipping and delivery records for the period required under applicable law and payment-network requirements.

Customers should retain their order confirmation, invoice and other transaction-related communications for their records.

For any payment, delivery, cancellation, return or refund query, customers should contact PureSilver Customer Care with their order number.

FRAUD PREVENTION AND PAYMENT VERIFICATION

PureSilver.io may undertake reasonable verification of orders and transactions to prevent fraud, unauthorised transactions and misuse of payment instruments.

We may contact the customer through the registered phone number, email address or other contact information provided during checkout for verification purposes.

Where a transaction cannot be reasonably verified or is identified as potentially fraudulent, PureSilver.io may place the order on hold or cancel the transaction and process an eligible refund to the original payment method.

CARD DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Customers are encouraged to contact PureSilver Customer Care before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where the issue relates to an order, delivery, cancellation or refund.

PureSilver.io will cooperate with its payment gateway, acquiring bank and applicable card network in responding to legitimate transaction disputes.

Order confirmations, invoices, payment records, shipping records, delivery confirmations, customer communications and other relevant transaction records may be used to investigate and respond to a dispute, subject to applicable law and payment-network requirements.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights available to consumers.
