Returns, Refunds and Lifetime Resale Value
Unlike others, our return policy lasts for a lifetime and we offer a guaranteed resale value on all our items.
Every silver article you buy from us is covered by a lifetime warranty. You can get the cashback of the market value of the silver content from the item anytime, even if it is damaged.
1) Only silver content of the product will be eligible for buy back at the then existing market price of Silver. Market price will be decided by Navrang Deeptech (OPC) Private Limited.
2) A buyback will only be accepted on presentation of the Original Tax Invoice & Lifetime Warranty Certificate relating to the product bought. In case the product is BIS Hallmarked only the Original Tax Invoice will be accepted for the buyback.
3) Silver Melting charges will be deducted from the buyback amount which will be decided by Navrang Deeptech (OPC) Private Limited.
4) Any dispute arising out of this sale shall be referred to Arbitration as per Arbitration Act, 1996 (Bangalore Jurisdiction) and claim will be limited to the selling price of the item.
Online Returns
- To complete your return upon delivery, we require a receipt and video recording of unboxing as proof of purchase within 12 hours of delivery.
- Custom orders such as personalized silverware are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If order is cancelled for non payment of import duty fees or unavailability during delivery attempt, you will be liable to pay additional 20% of the invoice value.
- For international order refunds, the items need to returned by the customer to our Bangalore factory address.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and (s)he will find out about your return.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping any order, use a trackable shipping service and we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If you cancel your order during transit, you will have to pay the shipping charges along with order recall charges.
