USA — how long does shipping take and is it safe?
Insured express shipping typically reaches US metros in 5–8 days. Packaging is export-grade and the shipment is insured to full value. The certificate travels inside the box for customs clarity.
UK and Europe — will I pay import duties?
Import duties and VAT depend on your country’s thresholds and are payable by the receiver on arrival. We declare accurately with the certificate enclosed. Ask us on WhatsApp for guidance before ordering.
UAE — can you deliver quickly for a festival?
The UAE is one of our fastest corridors, typically 4–6 days. For Diwali and wedding season, order 2–3 weeks ahead to allow for engraving and the pre-dispatch video call.
Singapore and Australia — are there restrictions on silver?
Personal silverware imports are routine to both. We handle declarations. Australia’s biosecurity rules do not affect silver articles. Insured express usually reaches both in 5–9 days.
Can I pay from abroad but deliver in India?
Yes. This is one of the most common NRI order flows. You can pay from abroad and we can deliver the silverware gift-wrapped anywhere in India with your message card.
What if something goes wrong in transit?
